Here's the latest.....
Fascinators dominated the floor at the Kentucky Derby Birthday dance on May 6th. There were some neat hats too and all the ladies looked lovely. Lenore was the lucky winner of a free dance in the "Favorite Hat" Contest. Participation pays off again!
The next dance is our June Birthday dance on the 3rd where we celebrate our June babies with complimentary cake. Mark your calendars now for the super special "Anniversary Ball" on June 17th as we will be celebrating our 23rd year of dancing as a Chapter of USA Dance. Tonight's attire will be black and white making it a special night you won't want to miss.
Green was definitely the color at our "Pot 'O Gold" dance on March 18th, in honor of St. Patrick's Day. Scroll down to see pictures of just what I mean. A delightful evening was had by all at our Annual Lady in Red Dance on February 18th. So many lovely ladies in red and yummy desserts! Butch provided wonderful and romantic music to help us dance off all those calories.
We had a wild and crazy time at our Full Moon Crazy dance in January. Several dancers got into the "spirit" of the dance by coming up with some of the craziest combinations of attire making the dance floor a sight to behold. Laughter filled the room as dancers competed in the "Crazy Cup Dance." Imagine a dancing "musical chairs" contest with cups instead of chairs. The winners earned a free dance admission.
